Mangosteen you say? What’s that, like a mango?
No! It’s actually a really cool fruit that was banned in the U.S. until 2007 due to the belief that they harbored the Asian fruit fly! Mangosteen is among the fruits that are known to contain powerful antioxidants that are useful to the immune system and the entire body.
